Farming Fields:
The Farming Fields are a brand new world accessible through /warp farming, offering a massive shared farming area where players can level their Farming skill and earn easy money using one of the two dedicated Harvest Hoes. This world is designed as the perfect starting point for both new and experienced players looking to progress efficiently, and it will continue to grow over time as we introduce deeper Farming updates and expand the experience even further.

Seasonal Crops:
The Farming Fields delivers a unique farming experience where players can harvest custom seasonal crops across all four seasons. Some harvest seasons yield more lucrative crops than others, creating natural peaks in profit. As players successfully harvest 64 of any crop, it will automatically condense into a compact version that can be sold to the Harvester NPC at the Farming Fields spawn. Farming, compacting, and selling crops is the core progression loop of this world, rewarding players for their dedication to the fields.

skyblock_reset_4_2.jpg
skyblock_reset_4_3.jpg

Farming Leaderboards:
It’s become tradition for every major Cloud World feature to launch with its own set of leaderboards, and the massive new Farming Fields world is no exception. Players will now find dedicated boards tracking two key stats: the most crops harvested and the highest total earnings. If you’re aiming for the top, jump in and start harvesting, condensing, and selling your way up the ranks to cement your place among the best!

The Croptaker:
As each harvest season in the Farming Fields comes to a close, the crops stop growing and flocks of crows sweep in to overrun the land. Driving out every last crow is the key to summoning the Croptaker, an exclusive Farming boss that appears inside the Bloodmoon Barn at the heart of the fields. Once the community defeats this powerful foe, the world shifts into its next season, restoring life to the fields and introducing a fresh new crop to harvest.

skyblock_reset_4_4.jpg
skyblock_reset_4_11.jpg

Solo Island Leaderboards:
To level the playing field, we’re introducing a second set of island top leaderboards dedicated entirely to Solo Islands. Using /island top, players can now switch between Solo and Team rankings, giving solo players a fair and competitive space of their own. To highlight their achievements, the top three Solo Islands will also be proudly displayed at spawn on their own pedestals.

Updated Backend:
Skyblock has been running on an outdated 1.21.1 backend since its launch over a year ago, but this season we’re excited to unveil a full upgrade to the latest 1.21.10 backend, giving players access to all the newest Minecraft features including the fresh Pale Garden block set, updated Copper mechanics, and much more, ensuring the gameplay feels richer, more modern, and truly cutting-edge as we continue delivering content that fully embraces everything the latest version has to offer.

New Furniture
Of course, with all these exciting updates comes a fresh lineup of furniture for players to decorate their islands in style! Inspired by the new Farming Fields, players can now bring that same rustic charm back home with four brand-new furniture pieces. From classic farming carts to iconic scarecrows, you can give your island farms a whole new personality. Add that perfect touch of creativity and make your farm feel more alive than ever!

New Crates:
Everyone has probably seen our new, polished crates system at the Survival spawn by now. This upcoming Skyblock season, the same upgraded crates will be arriving there as well, bringing a much more visually appealing experience to spawn. Alongside this update, we’re also improving how keys work on Skyblock. Players will now be able to obtain the brand new Skyforge Key, packed with all the essential Skyblock items, as well as limited-edition themed keys on special occasions, just like on Survival!

skyblock_reset_4_9.jpg
skyblock_reset_4_8.jpg

New Spawn:
With the new season comes an entirely refreshed look for Skyblock. We’ve officially outgrown our previous spawn, and this season we’re introducing a stunning new one. Staying true to Cloud World’s mythological theme, the new spawn delivers a familiar atmosphere while elevating the experience with a more immersive and modern design. Players will feel right at home with a fresh, beautifully reimagined backdrop.

New Interfaces:
Upon Cloud World's original launch, we didn’t have a resource pack to build on, so every Skyblock interface relied on vanilla mechanics. As the server grew, we embraced our custom resource pack and began creating modern interfaces, yet Skyblock remained stuck in a halfway state with some menus updated and others still old-school. With this reset, we have fully overhauled every Skyblock interface to match the modern, cohesive Cloud World aesthetic, delivering a far more polished and immersive experience across the entire server.

This season also introduces armor skins to the Skyblock Cloud Pass, giving players even more to collect. Pick up the Season 4 Cloud Pass and start earning your rewards today!

Survival Launch

survival_launch_2.jpg

The rumors are true, Cloud World is officially launching our very own Survival server! Unlike Skyblock, Survival offers a more classic, vanilla-style Minecraft experience for those who love the traditional feel of the game. Gather your friends, claim your land, and start shaping the world into something epic together. Mark your calendars, Survival launches Friday, September 19th at 10 PM UTC!

Claiming Worlds:
Cloud World Survival features three permanent worlds that will remain for the entire season. These are the main worlds where you’ll build your base and protect your land with claims. You can jump straight into the Overworld using the command /wilderness, while the Nether and End must be reached the classic way - through portals in the Overworld.

In addition to these, we also provide dedicated Resource Worlds for both the Overworld and Nether. These reset every week, giving players a fresh environment to mine, chop, and gather materials without disturbing their main bases.

Player Warps:
On Cloud World Survival, all warps are player-created and managed! Every player has the ability to set their own warps anywhere in the Survival world and organise them with our custom warps plugin. Whether you’re building a public grinder, opening a shop, or creating something unique for the community, warps are the perfect way to share your builds and make them easily accessible to everyone.

survival_launch_3.jpg
survival_launch_4.jpg

Jobs Economy:
While the Survival economy is primarily driven by player shops, there still needs to be a way to introduce money into circulation and keep things moving. Players will have access to five different jobs, each rewarding them with money for completing specific tasks. Jobs can be swapped at any time, giving players the freedom to choose the role that best fits their playstyle. The money you earn can then be spent in chest shops created by other players within their claims.

Crates Revamped:
Since the launch of Cloud World, we’ve learned a lot - and yes, we’ve had a few regrets about how some things were originally set up. With our upcoming Survival release, you’ll see many of the systems you already know and love, but refreshed with a brand-new look and feel. One of the biggest upgrades is our Crates system. The new crates will stand out proudly at spawn, offering epic rewards, including highly-requested armor skins (we heard you - no more endless helmets without matching sets!). Be sure to swing by spawn and check out the crates to see all the exciting new rewards waiting for you!

survival_launch_7.jpg
survival_launch_6.jpg

Chase the Skies:
Of course, we couldn’t launch a brand-new Survival server without being on the latest Minecraft version! Our Survival server will debut on the brand-new update, Chase the Skies, giving players access to all the newest blocks as well as exciting features like the Happy Ghasts. We can’t wait to see everyone join us for the launch!
